adding a non-solid-colored background, depending on complexity, is another 15 USD; adding expressions to a PNGTuber model is 10 USD per

expect your commission within 2-3 weeks
there are usually only 1-2 commission slots at a time, first come, first serve
you will receive a final sketch at which point you can make as many changes as you'd like, after which any major changes cannot be made
you will pay half upfront
